At NZ Mobile, we strive to provide high-quality products and excellent customer service. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our refund and warranty policy below.
If you change your mind about your purchase, you may return the device within 15 days of purchase for a free exchange or store credit, provided:
The device is in brand-new condition (unused, unopened, with original packaging and accessories).
Proof of purchase (receipt/invoice) is provided.
The device is not a custom or special order.
Note: Refunds for change of mind are not available, only exchanges or store credit.
All new phones and devices come with a 3-month free repair warranty for manufacturing defects.
To claim a warranty repair:
Provide proof of purchase.
The issue must not be caused by accidental damage, liquid exposure, or unauthorised modifications.
Repairs will be handled by NZ Mobile or an authorised service center.
Note: Physical damage (cracked screens, water damage, etc.) is not covered under warranty.
If your device is faulty upon arrival, contact us immediately for a replacement or refund.
We may require an inspection to confirm the fault before processing a replacement.

Return Shipping (if applicable) – If a return is required, we’ll provide instructions.
Opened software, SIM cards, or accessories (unless faulty).
